Terms and conditions for 6 Months Unlimited Classes Paid Monthly

FOR 6 and 12 MONTH CONTRACT No refunds. Contracts are not to be applied to previous months – for example, you can not take the value paid for past months and fold them into a future contract. Past month is defined as month that has already started. Contracts are not transferable another person – this includes friends, family, co-workers, etc. Agreement is to have auto-payments set up for the entirety of the contract period. Thus, you are agreeing to monthly recurring fees as specified in the pricing details. You will be asked to electronically sign a contract that states the following: I agree to purchase the contract as an automatic charge to my credit card each month for the specified time period of my contract. I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card. I understand that I will be notified if my credit card or checking account payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit or debit card within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date. I understand that my membership will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late. However, payment as contractually agreed upon must still be paid. Auto pay cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation form or email by January 1st.) If you cancel your 6 or 12 month contract prior to the termination date, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Contract will auto-renew upon contract expiration unless otherwise specified by client at the time of purchase.
