Classes

CrossFit Classes

These classes consist of varied functional movements done at a high intensity, and are for clients ages 17 and older. The workout of the day (WOD) can be scaled and modified to each athlete's level, and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. Those who have previous crossfit experience, or have completed either our Basics class or On-Ramp may attend.

CrossFit Basics Plan available for $150A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
